Viviana has recieved her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University in 2019. She is also a Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) since 2020 in good standing with the COKO. She has most recently received her Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc.) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She is also a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OSTCAN).

Her health journey began at a young age while doing competitive dance for over 10 years, through which she became interested in the human body. After suffering from a ballet related hip injury, it was the care she received from multiple health-care practitioners that made her realize she too wanted to help people regain and restore their health. After discovering Osteopathy, she understood the importance of treating patients using a full-body holistic approach to find the root cause of the problem, affecting all musculoskeletal and visceral systems by facilitating proper blood flow and fluid dynamics.

Aside from her undergraduate background, her osteopathic education and training has now given her a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology with focus to restore the body’s structure and function, in order to self-heal and self-regulate
